Job Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial position in a high-volume restaurant
  • upscale dining experience as a manager
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Food Safety Handler certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong financial skills
  • ability to manage budgets and understand P&Ls
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • college degree preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a managerial position in a high-volume restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity and volume
  • upscale dining experience as a manager
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • Food Safety Handler certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service certification
  • strong financial and computer skills including experience with P&Ls, budget development and management, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and point-of-sale systems
  • exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • college degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for service and kitchen team members
  • monitoring shift responsibilities, ensuring actions are in line with company quality, sanitary, and legal standards
  • assisting team member training
  • monitoring their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed
  • maintaining positive guest relations and high standards of service, addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • assisting with administrative tasks, including ordering and inventory
  • overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
  • managing budgets and financial performance
