Job Requirements
- At least one year of recent restaurant experience in any position
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study or an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts
- Team players, natural leaders and driven problem solvers who love working with people
- Willingness to work full-time or part-time as needed
- Commitment to upholding company standards and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate restaurant team members to ensure outstanding guest service
- Manage daily restaurant operations to maintain quality and consistency
- Oversee food and beverage service to uphold Pappas Restaurants standards
- Conduct staff training and development programs
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Participate in performance evaluations and support team member growth
