Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Current Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Read, write and speak English
- Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Meets minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Basic math skills equivalent to 8th grade
- High school level reasoning skills
- 12th grade language use proficiency
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service excellence
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all dining outlets
- Coordinate activities among Room Service, The Coffee Shop, and the Bar
- Provide hands-on leadership and inspire team members
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction
- Oversee staff training and development to maintain service standards
