Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
  • Current Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit if required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Read, write and speak English
  • Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and employees
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Meets minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Basic math skills equivalent to 8th grade
  • High school level reasoning skills
  • 12th grade language use proficiency

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and service excellence
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all dining outlets
  • Coordinate activities among Room Service, The Coffee Shop, and the Bar
  • Provide hands-on leadership and inspire team members
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Oversee staff training and development to maintain service standards
