Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous supervisory or management experience in food and beverage
- Valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Meet minimum legal age requirement
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math and reasoning skills
- Ability to ensure health and safety standards
- No risk to health or safety of self or others
Job Qualifications
- Read, write, and speak English
- Two to three years of fine dining experience preferred
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees
- Previous supervisory or management experience
- Meet minimum age requirements
- Requires 8th grade math level
- Requires high school reasoning level
- Requires 12th grade language use level
Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service excellence, and health and safety compliance
- Coordinate activities across Room Service, The Coffee Shop, and the Bar to ensure seamless operations
- Manage and inspire restaurant staff through effective leadership and training
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve guest satisfaction and business performance
- Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and cost control measures
- Handle guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
