- Experience with POS and reservation systems

Job Duties
- Lead train and inspire a service-driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute seamless service for restaurant bar and events
- Manage scheduling floor operations and guest relations with attention to detail and grace under pressure
- Uphold high standards for presentation hospitality and team culture
- Monitor financial performance labor and inventory to achieve operational goals
