Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with scheduling and labor cost control
- knowledge of wine service and pairing techniques preferred

Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest experiences with unparalleled service
- collaborate with the team on daily updates, projections, and special offerings
- manage staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage and controlling overtime
- lead by example on the dining floor, setting and exceeding service standards
- train, mentor, and guide staff to excel in hospitality and fine dining
- oversee seating flow and address guest needs, including special requests
- work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and handle guest feedback
