Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive hotel food and beverage management experience
  • Ability to speak a second language fluently preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of Micros point of sale and Evention systems is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical agility to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with commitment to follow up and follow through
  • Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varied schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years or more of progressive hotel food and beverage management experience

Job Duties

  • Uphold company policies and procedures including adhering to work schedules dress code and attendance guidelines
  • Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all perishable items used behind the bar are labeled dated and responsible for rotating and disposing to maintain quality control
  • Portray a positive friendly and professional attitude at all times always greet guests warmly and genuinely
  • Provide prompt professional friendly and personalized service to guests
  • Provide help and support to all fellow colleagues
  • Attend and participate in training sessions department meetings
  • Provide professional and exceptional food and beverage service
  • Listen to guests and anticipate their needs
  • Proper serving of wine and alcohol with awareness
  • Properly execute closing procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with guests ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Accurately review and process payroll
  • Recruit train and supervise outlets team members
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and service skills
  • Schedule and assign duties to staff ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to promote growth and development
  • Oversee daily operations of the outlets including Market Riverwalk Cafe Riverview Bar and Grill
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery
  • Maintain inventory of supplies such as utensils glassware and linens and coordinate restocking
  • Uphold high standards of food quality presentation and service consistency
  • Resolve guests issues with their orders
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections of the outlets to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement strategies to attract and retain customers such as special promotions events or loyalty programs
