Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in food service management
- experience within restaurants, hotels, or corporate dining operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficient in MS Office software
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- ability to manage cost controls
- availability to work flexible hours
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- Five years of food service management experience
- experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations
- experience managing cost controls is preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- associate's degree is preferred
Job Duties
- Manages all functional areas of the restaurant
- trains, manages, and develops hourly associates
- assists in the interviewing and hiring of frontline staff
- rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team
- oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls
- guest service and hospitality
- assists with catering and special events
- performs other duties as assigned
