Job Requirements
- Five years of food service management experience
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations
- Experience managing cost controls is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Associate’s degree is preferred

Job Duties
- Manages all functional areas of the restaurant
- Trains, manages, and develops hourly associates
- Assists in the interviewing and hiring of frontline staff
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with the company culinary and marketing team
- Oversees ordering, inventory and cost controls
- Guest service and hospitality
- Assists with catering and special events
- Performs other duties as assigned
