Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • at least 2-3 years of general manager experience in retail or restaurant industry
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • open and flexible availability
  • ability to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK before starting work

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong supervisory, team building, guest service, and leadership skills
  • effective coaching abilities
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant computer systems
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • open and flexible availability

Job Duties

  • delivers outstanding guest service through coaching

  • manages profit and loss through marketing strategies, cash controls, inventory, labor management, and financial analysis
