Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Recruit hire and onboard staff
- Manage staffing and performance
- Train coach and motivate employees
- Plan and make decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence
- Maintain high standard for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to exceed standards of excellence
