Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to complete mandatory allergen-awareness training
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management and training coaching and motivating
- Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
- Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
