Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to complete mandatory allergen-awareness training
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
  • Proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting hiring and onboarding staffing performance management and training coaching and motivating
  • Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence
  • Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence
