Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service management preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to comply with food safety and allergen compliance training
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
  • Recruit hire and onboard staff
  • Manage staffing and performance management
  • Train coach and motivate employees
  • Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards
  • Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee maintenance plans and all operational needs to meet and exceed standards
