Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or food service management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to comply with food safety and allergen compliance training
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production guest service and experience and direct crew and manager work
- Recruit hire and onboard staff
- Manage staffing and performance management
- Train coach and motivate employees
- Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory budget and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee maintenance plans and all operational needs to meet and exceed standards
