Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure
- Willingness to learn and develop management skills
- Completion of mandatory allergen training as required by California law

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
- Recruit, hire and onboard staff
- Manage staffing and performance
- Train, coach and motivate employees
- Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering/costs
- Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
- Oversee operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans
