Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and develop management skills
  • Completion of mandatory allergen training as required by California law

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
  • Recruit, hire and onboard staff
  • Manage staffing and performance
  • Train, coach and motivate employees
  • Plan and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering/costs
  • Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high level of standard for guest and employee safety
  • Oversee operational needs of the restaurant including maintenance plans
