Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by managing food production, guest service, crew and manager work
- Plan and manage recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and employee training
- Make critical business decisions related to inventory, budgeting, and food costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards
- Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet standards of excellence
