Job Requirements

- Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
- Lead and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching and motivating the team
- Make critical business decisions on inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
- Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
- Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet or exceed standards of excellence
- Follow McDonald’s policies and procedures consistently
