Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
  • Lead and manage people processes such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training, coaching and motivating the team
  • Make critical business decisions on inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
  • Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards
  • Maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
  • Oversee all operational needs including maintenance plans to meet or exceed standards of excellence
  • Follow McDonald’s policies and procedures consistently
