Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Combination of post-high school restaurant education and restaurant management experience totaling seven years
  • Prior experience in a fine dining environment

Job Duties

  • Manages and coordinates restaurant activities to maximize use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
  • Conducts daily operations following policies, procedures, food quality, safety, and service standards including responsible alcohol service
  • Establishes relationships with guests to improve retention, promote guest loyalty, and resolve complaints
  • Leads team through recruitment, selection, hiring, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
  • Develops administrative and operational policies, designs work processes, and manages staffing levels
  • Tracks covers and revenue, analyzes trends, and recommends strategies to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Prepares department budget, reviews profit and loss statements, and monitors payroll and tip reports
