Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
- Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Effective communication skills including talking and hearing with sufficient visual acuity
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food and beverage industry, restaurant or private club setting
- Preferred certifications such as Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, TABC Certification, CPR Certification
- Completion of food and beverage online training modules
- Strong experience handling highly confidential material
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet software
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests
- Ensure member and guest orders are accurately executed and delivered promptly
- Supervise service staff to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Monitor reservation book and oversee room setups
- Complete opening and closing procedures for shifts
- Assist in training and development of service staff
- Participate in and lead staff meetings and training sessions
- Maintain knowledge of menu, daily features, and beverage offerings
- Record necessary information in logs for next shifts
- Communicate updates and shifts with team members and supervisors
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
- Follow company, club, and department policies and procedures
- Represent company management by supporting policies and maintaining ethics
- Promote and follow safe working practices
- Take initiative in personal and professional growth
- Address and resolve operational challenges
- Support overall team efficiency and club goals
