Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and team-building skills
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
  • Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
