Job Requirements
- Hospitality degree preferred
- high school diploma required
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality role
- ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certification required
- excellent communication skills
- strong leadership qualities
- ability to work 50-55 hours weekly
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform fast-paced mobility
- willingness to be transferred to other locations
- ability to navigate stairs frequently
- ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- ability to interact verbally and listen attentively
- commitment to adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage and direct the front-of-house (FOH) service department
- hire, schedule, train, coach, counsel, and discipline FOH staff
- conduct regular team meetings to ensure staff education and certification
- perform and document staff performance reviews
- resolve employee complaints and guest issues promptly
- manage inventory, variances, and ordering for the bar department if applicable
- exercise independent judgment in enforcing company policies and managing labor costs
- assist in building sales by implementing GM and company strategies
- adhere to food safety, sanitation, allergy, responsible alcohol service, OSHA, and employee handbook policies
- perform job functions of other management personnel as needed
- utilize company business systems including POS, HIS, hiring, scheduling, inventory, and labor management systems
- assign, direct, review, and approve work of FOH service department and other team members
- determine appropriate staffing levels and manage employee meal periods and breaks
- exercise authority to hire, discipline, terminate, and recommend hiring of team members
- conduct performance appraisals
- authorize and assign overtime
- represent the company in complaints and disputes
