Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage changing priorities
Job Qualifications

- Successfully completed food safety and sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Manage various areas of operations including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation and atmosphere
- Assist the General Manager to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company policies and standards
- Ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meeting business needs
- Assist in selection, training and development of Front of House and Back of House employees
- Manage performance of hourly employees, focusing on Front of House staff success
- Support payroll, human resources, marketing and financial administration
- Promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction and maintain brand integrity
- Schedule and staff employees
- Oversee proper cash handling
- Build team morale and manage vendor relationships
- Coordinate to-go service and catering
- Implement local marketing strategies
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, food safety and sanitation
- Maintain facility cleanliness and safety
