Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality management
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Knowledge of alcohol laws and safe handling
- Certification in relevant service and safety training
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States

- Certification by National Bar & Restaurant Management Association
- Ability to work events-driven schedule

Job Duties
- Schedule, train, manage, and develop staff
- Manage budget and inventory
- Train and supervise alcoholic beverage service
- Assist with catering events tied to shows
- Establish beverage program and seasonal specials
- Purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Manage culinary program in conjunction with WPC culinary and marketing team
- Maintain positive working relationships with staff, venue client, and production team
- Work with vendors to increase positive cost results
- Coordinate with venue house managers regarding attendance and staffing
- Oversee financial aspects of bar and concession stand operations
