Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experience in a managerial position in a high volume restaurant
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook and point-of-sale systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to anticipate guest and employee needs
  • Experience working with and understanding P&Ls
  • ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification preferred but not mandatory
  • No degree required

Job Duties

  • Scheduling and assigning tasks for front of house team members and monitoring shift responsibilities ensuring actions are in line with company quality sanitary and legal standards
  • Assist team member training monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed
  • Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service addressing concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administrative tasks including ordering and bar inventory
  • Lead from the floor creating memorable experiences for guests while supporting motivating and taking care of employees
  • Coordinate supervise and execute all restaurant operations
  • Ensure compliance with all health safety and sanitation regulations
