Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to interact professionally with guests and staff
- Capability to handle financial transactions responsibly
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Must pass background and reference checks

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of all front of house employees
- Complete opening and closing paperwork
- Receive and submit invoices
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with all staff
- Monitor payroll, create reports and submit payroll
- Audit safe and cash drawers
- Assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation and safety standards are met
- Calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
- Interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
- Set and maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
- Complete and monitor bar inventory and ordering
- Write and monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
- Assist in the development of employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
