Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- proficiency with point of sale (POS) systems
- ability to handle cash and perform accurate financial transactions

Job Duties
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation and training of all front of house employees
- complete opening and closing paperwork
- receive and submit invoices
- ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- communicate effectively with all staff
- monitor payroll, create reports and submit payroll
- audit safe and cash drawers
- assist in ensuring Tumbleweed food, service, sanitation and safety standards are met
- calculate, prepare and drop off bank deposits
- interact with guests through table touches and deal with guest complaints
- set and maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
- complete and monitor bar inventory and ordering
- write and monitor front of the house schedules to meet sales and labor plans
- assist in the development of employees
- perform other duties as assigned
