Job Requirements

minimum 3 years of management experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
background in event operations and execution
strong skills in scheduling and inventory management
proven ability in guest recovery and conflict resolution
servsafe and alcohol service certification preferred
flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and event shifts
