Job Requirements

  • minimum 3 years of management experience in full-service or upscale casual dining
  • background in event operations and execution
  • strong skills in scheduling and inventory management
  • proven ability in guest recovery and conflict resolution
  • servsafe and alcohol service certification preferred
  • flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and event shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • motivate and develop front-of-house teams
  • lead and maintain exceptional service standards
  • partner with culinary and brewery teams for cohesive operations
  • manage event coordination and execution for large private and semi-private gatherings
  • oversee scheduling and inventory to optimize operational efficiency
  • ensure effective guest recovery and conflict resolution
  • drive profitability through cost control and staff management
