Job Requirements
- Minimum two years of restaurant management experience
- completed RLFG Train the Trainer certifications
- knowledge of Local Food Group SOPs, expectations, software, and point of sale systems
- strong food and beverage knowledge
- excellent communication skills
- ability to motivate staff and lead teams effectively
- capability to multitask under pressure
- ability to manage scheduling and staffing
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, days, and holidays
- ability to lift and handle physical demands such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 45 pounds
- willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day shift operations and collaborate with the General Manager on operational improvements
- assist in achieving financial goals through operational performance
- maintain administrative tasks including invoice and payroll processing
- participate in inventory and financial reporting meetings
- utilize company reports for daily staffing and costing decisions
- enforce food safety and sanitary practices
- ensure positive guest service and respond to complaints and guest comments
- manage shifts including staffing and maintaining product quality and cleanliness
- enforce security procedures to protect employees, guests, and assets
- ensure workplace safety and complete accident reports
- maintain thorough knowledge of beverage programs and profitability
- oversee vendor relationships
- administer opening, closing, and daily shift procedures
- collaborate with back of house to ensure food quality
- report facilities and equipment issues
- provide direction to employees on operational procedures
- participate in hiring, supervising, and terminating staff
- conduct employee orientation and training
- manage scheduling and staffing plans
- uphold professional restaurant image
- maintain staff records for alcohol certifications
- engage with local community and establish business relationships
- assist in organizing social media and marketing with the General Manager
- keep General Manager informed of operational issues
- complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in line with company policies
- foster positive working relationships among employees
