Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and financial performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or kitchen management casual-themed full-service dining preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety sanitation and inventory management
  • Experience in training and mentoring hospitality staff
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • New restaurant opening experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead front-of-house operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Build and inspire a high-performing team through training coaching and leadership
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling inventory and financial performance
  • Maintain a fun professional and guest-focused environment
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and food quality
  • Oversee back-of-house operations ensuring food quality consistency and safety
  • Manage a scratch kitchen including inventory prep and execution of recipes
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a cohesive guest experience
