Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years of management experience in hospitality
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of inventory control and scheduling
  • understanding of P&L reports
  • passion for culinary arts and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Three plus years of management experience in a high-volume atmosphere
  • strong background in team building and mentoring
  • proven success in financial responsibility and cost control
  • ability to follow established restaurant systems
  • consistent support of operational success

Job Duties

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate culinary or restaurant personnel
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality
  • manage scheduling and inventory control
  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • monitor and control costs and financial responsibilities
  • provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • lead and motivate the team to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
