Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in a high-volume quick service restaurant
  • stable job history demonstrated by longevity in current and past positions
  • team player
  • committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • ability to motivate and lead team members
  • above average skill in Microsoft Office applications
  • flexible, able, and willing to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the business

Job Duties

  • Assists in supervising the day-to-day activities
  • assists with inventory and ordering to maintain appropriate inventory levels of product
  • provides on-the-job training for associates
  • resolves questions and problems for guests
  • interviews candidates and recommends candidates for hiring, terminations, advancement, and promotion
  • supports in developing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenue and control cost
  • assists in achieving unit goals
  • executes daily opening or closing tasks
