Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations under the guidance of the general manager
- supervise staff performance and scheduling ensuring compliance and accountability
- train coach and develop staff to deliver consistent excellence
- monitor food preparation and enforce all health safety and hygiene standards
- ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns with professionalism
- oversee compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- conduct inspections of restaurant and equipment coordinate repairs and maintenance
- lead disciplinary or coaching meetings in a timely constructive manner
