Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess or obtain a food handler's permit within 30 days of starting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Service-oriented attitude towards both guests and team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work a minimum of 47 hours per week
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in close quarters
- Comfortable working around heat and with cleaning products

Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through quality product delivery and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
- Respond quickly and positively to customer concerns and resolve problems
- Supervise and direct employees regularly during work hours
- Use discretion and judgment independently to fulfill responsibilities
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to motivate and improve employee performance
- Evaluate employee performance and enforce accountability
- Communicate team goals and expectations and reward goal achievements
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
- Develop and execute the restaurant's business plan
- Analyze business performance and manage controllable costs
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budget and quality standards
- Implement company-wide and local marketing programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
- Maintain 100% attendance working at least 47 hours per week
- Uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to ensure health and safety of customers and employees
