Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification with phase 2 within first 12 months
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Physical ability to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean record and liability coverage
- Food handler's permit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
- Understanding of business and management principles including planning, budgeting, and leadership
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through delivery of quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems
- Supervise and direct employees regularly during work hours
- Use own discretion and judgment in executing duties
- Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to employees
- Evaluate employee performance and hold employees accountable
- Communicate team goals and expectations
- Make employment decisions including hiring, discipline, advancement, termination and compensation
- Develop and execute business plan for the restaurant
- Analyze business performance and monitor controllable costs
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets
- Execute company-wide and local marketing programs
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies
- Uphold food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Participate in continued education including franchise certifications
- Transport cash deposits securely
- Maintain 100% attendance
- Model and promote company values such as compassion and collaboration
- Perform any other assigned duties
