Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capability to analyze business performance and implement corrective measures
- Commitment to 100% attendance
- Valid driver’s license for cash deposits transport
- Must be able to train and develop employees
- Knowledge of employment laws and company policies
- Physically able to perform duties related to restaurant management
- Willingness to participate in franchise specific certifications and ongoing education
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in management or leadership roles in the restaurant or service industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food safety, handling and sanitation practices
- Competency in business and financial management
- Familiarity with labor budgeting and cost control
- Capacity to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Adept at decision-making related to hiring, discipline, and compensation
- Commitment to upholding company values such as compassion, communication and collaboration
Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through the delivery of a quality product and excellent customer service by restaurant personnel
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns and correct problems after they affect customers
- Supervise and direct employees customarily and regularly during work hours
- Work independently and use own discretion and judgment in executing duties and responsibilities
- Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback to motivate and improve the performance of all employees
- Evaluate employees’ performance and hold employees accountable for meeting performance standards
- Communicate team goals and expectations to all employees
- coach employees toward achieving goals, recognize and reward employees who contribute to goals
