Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in leadership role
- ability to provide outstanding customer service
- strong problem-solving and initiative skills
- financial and analytical aptitude
- excellent organizational and communication skills
- positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
- ability to stand, twist, reach, grab and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to read, write and speak English
- valid driver license with a clean driving record
- must maintain 100% attendance
- food handler’s permit
- ability to transport cash securely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader role in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- Jersey Mike’s phase 1 and 3 certifications with phase 2 attendance within 12 months
- knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
- understanding of business and management principles including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
- basic math and computer skills
- food handler’s permit
- valid driver license with clean record and liability coverage
Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through quality product and excellent service
- respond positively and quickly to customer concerns
- supervise and direct employees during work hours

- train, coach and provide performance feedback
