Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in leadership role
  • ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • strong problem-solving and initiative skills
  • financial and analytical aptitude
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
  • ability to stand, twist, reach, grab and lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to read, write and speak English
  • valid driver license with a clean driving record
  • must maintain 100% attendance
  • food handler’s permit
  • ability to transport cash securely

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader role in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
  • Jersey Mike’s phase 1 and 3 certifications with phase 2 attendance within 12 months
  • knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
  • understanding of business and management principles including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • basic math and computer skills
  • food handler’s permit
  • valid driver license with clean record and liability coverage

Job Duties
