Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in leadership role
- Completion of Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification
- Attendance of phase 2 certification within first 12 months
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must read, write, and speak English
- 100% attendance
- Food handler's permit
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3 certification and completion of phase 2 within 12 months
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources practices
- Understanding of business and management principles including strategic planning and resource allocation
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Food handler's permit
- Valid driver license with clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
Job Duties
- Ensure total customer satisfaction through delivery of quality products and excellent service
- Respond positively and quickly to customer concerns
- Supervise and direct employees regularly during work hours
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to motivate employees
- Evaluate employee performance and hold accountable for standards
- Communicate team goals and recognize contributions
- Make employment decisions regarding hiring, discipline, advancement, termination, and compensation
