Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in team or shift leader position in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- certification in Jersey Mike's phase 1 and 3, with phase 2 within first 12 months
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- valid food handler's permit
- valid driver's license with clean driving record and sufficient liability coverage
- ability to stand, twist, reach, grab, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- 100% attendance
- comply with company policies and legal regulations
- transport cash deposits securely
- maintain positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensure total customer satisfaction through quality product delivery and excellent service

- supervise and direct employees during work hours

- develop local marketing strategies to maximize sales

- securely transport cash deposits
