Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant industry preferred
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • basic computer skills including POS system use
  • commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree or better preferred
  • experience in food service management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficiency in POS systems
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards of food quality
  • optimize operational efficiency
  • assist general manager or assistant general manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees
  • participate in and complete the 10-week hands-on rotational training program
  • work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to uphold brand standards
