Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- deliver exceptional customer service
- maintain high standards of food quality
- optimize operational efficiency
- assist General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning and organizing
- coordinate and delegate responsibilities to hourly employees
- demonstrate proficiency in POS systems
