Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or better preferred
  • experience in food service management
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to high-quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Ensure seamless integration of front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain high standards of food quality
  • optimize operational efficiency
  • assist General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning and organizing
  • coordinate and delegate responsibilities to hourly employees
  • demonstrate proficiency in POS systems
