Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or restaurant management
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • ability to comply with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • strong leadership qualities
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to communicate in English, and Chinese is a plus
  • excellent written and communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • three years or more experience for restaurant managing

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
  • manage front-of-house and back-of-house schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees
  • ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow future team leaders
  • drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations
  • create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
