Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage and train staff
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Availability to work full-time
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or other related fields
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in English, and Chinese is a plus
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Three years or more experience for restaurant managing

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
  • Manage FOH and BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow future team leaders
  • Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
