- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and train staff
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English, and Chinese is a plus
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Three years or more experience for restaurant managing
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and supervise all culinary activities
- Manage FOH and BOH schedules, training, and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Develop a high-performing team by coaching, creating development plans, and building skills through training to grow future team leaders
- Drive sales by partnering with the District Manager and team members to execute excellent operations
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
