Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
  • Review budget and profit and loss monthly
  • Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
  • Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to manage costs
  • Track waste levels using established procedures
  • Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
  • Assist General Manager or District Manager in executing sales and profit plans
  • Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
  • Monitor product quality through customer interaction and crew performance
  • Take service time measurements and improve efficiency
  • Train crew in customer service and courtesy
  • Implement corrective actions to improve service times
  • Solicit feedback to gauge customer satisfaction
  • Set and communicate daily sales, operations, and service goals
  • Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow cleaning plans
  • Direct crew to correct cleaning deficiencies
  • Train crew in new products and initial position skills
  • Assist in training new managers
  • Cross-train crew for shift coverage
  • Recognize high-performing crew members
  • Ensure adherence to prep and production flowcharts
  • Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
  • Intake weekly food deliveries
  • Maintain security of cash, product, and equipment
  • Follow priorities and plans set by General Manager
  • Ensure standards and procedures are executed during shifts
  • Manage quality, service, and cleanliness standards at 80% or above
  • Address problems proactively
  • Follow operational manuals and company policies
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Control cash according to company policy
  • Report accidents accurately
  • Resolve issues flagged by Health Department
  • Effectively manage shifts using provided checklists
  • Perform administrative duties as required
  • Create crew schedules
  • Comply with standards for crew benefits
  • Follow preventative maintenance program
  • Train and monitor equipment maintenance
