Job Requirements
- must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
- ability to speak a second language is a plus
- prior experience in food and beverage
- experience working in a high-volume venue is preferred
- must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills
- ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- must be at least 21 years old
- must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for the position at all times

Job Duties
- learning about operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls
- managing restaurant staff
- scheduling restaurant staff
- training restaurant staff
- monitoring staff performance
- maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards
- ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards
