Job Requirements

  • must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
  • ability to speak a second language is a plus
  • prior experience in food and beverage
  • experience working in a high-volume venue is preferred
  • must exhibit strong motivational and developmental skills
  • ability to work efficiently within a team environment
  • must be at least 21 years old
  • must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for the position at all times

Job Duties

  • learning about operating the outlet efficiently within pre-established cost controls
  • managing restaurant staff
  • scheduling restaurant staff
  • training restaurant staff
  • monitoring staff performance
  • maintaining the department in accordance with Health Department standards
  • ensuring customer satisfaction through application of outlet and Wynn Las Vegas service standards
