Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift
- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production and procedures execution to control costs
- Track waste levels and monitor crew adherence to procedures
- Communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profit plans
- Monitor food costs to eliminate waste and theft
- Monitor product quality through customer interaction and feedback
- Manage crew performance and provide feedback
- Measure service times and determine efficiency
- Train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and maintain customer courtesy
- Take corrective action to improve service times
- Train crew to solicit customer feedback
- Establish and communicate daily service goals
- Train crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Follow restaurant cleaning plan and correct deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and position skills
- Assist in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for efficient coverage during shifts
- Recognize high-performing crew members
- Ensure crew meet prep and production goals
- Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Maintain security of cash, products and equipment
- Follow restaurant priorities and plans
- Ensure proper execution of standards and procedures
- Manage shift to quality standards of 80% or better
- Take appropriate action to address problems
- Follow Operations manual procedures
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow cash control policies
- Report accidents promptly
- Resolve Health Department operational issues
- Manage shifts effectively using provided guidelines
- Perform administrative duties
- Write crew schedule

- Follow Preventative Maintenance Program
