Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or similar

Job Duties

  • Provide coaching and support to the restaurant team to foster a positive and inviting work environment
  • Identify and schedule talent effectively to ensure optimal operation during shifts
  • Manage daily operations and staff ensuring compliance with company policies and laws
  • Monitor labor costs and monthly budget against sales projections
  • Promote customer satisfaction to drive sales and manage food quality
  • Train crew in customer service, operational procedures, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory, deliveries, cash security, and preventive maintenance
  • Assist General Manager in administrative duties including scheduling and crew benefits compliance
  • Lead health and safety initiatives and respond to operational audit requirements
