Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales
- Review monthly budget and profit and loss statements
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew preparation, production, and procedure execution to manage costs
- Track waste levels and follow established waste control procedures
- Communicate sales and profit-related issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing the restaurant sales and profit plan
- Monitor product quality through direct customer interaction and staff feedback
- Take service times and evaluate efficiency
- Train crew to respond promptly and courteously to customers
- Take corrective action to improve service times
- Solicit customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
- Establish daily S.O.S. goals
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness according to cleaning plans
- Train crew to uphold cleanliness standards
- Direct correction of cleaning deficiencies
- Train crew on new products and initial position skills
- Assist General Manager in training new managers
- Cross-train crew for efficient shift coverage
- Recognize high-performing crew members
- Monitor inventory levels and complete physical inventory
- Intake weekly food deliveries
- Maintain security of cash, products, and equipment
- Follow restaurant priorities and operational standards
- Manage shift to achieve Q.S.C. standards of 80% or better
- Follow company policies on cash control and safety
- Report accidents promptly and accurately
- Manage shifts using established guidelines
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Write crew schedules aligned with management objectives
- Comply with company standards for crew benefits
- Follow Preventative Maintenance Program
- Train and monitor equipment maintenance by crew
