Job Requirements

  • Lead hiring, training, and development of crew members
  • Monitor sales, labor costs, and budget performance
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Train crew for efficient customer service and feedback solicitation
  • Control inventory and equipment maintenance
  • Execute administrative duties including scheduling
