- Strong leadership skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift
- Review budget and P&L monthly
- Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
- Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs
- Track waste levels and communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
- Assist in executing restaurant sales and profits plan
- Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
