Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze sales data

  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift
  • Review budget and P&L monthly
  • Promote customer satisfaction to build sales
  • Monitor crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs
  • Track waste levels and communicate sales and profit issues to General Manager or District Manager
  • Assist in executing restaurant sales and profits plan
  • Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft
