Job Duties

  • monitor crew prep, production, and procedure execution to manage costs
  • track waste levels and monitor crew positions
  • communicate sales and profit issues to management
  • assist in executing sales and profit plans
  • monitor food costs to reduce waste and theft
  • monitor product quality during shifts
  • manage crew performance and provide feedback
  • evaluate service times and efficiency
  • train crew in customer service and courtesy
  • take corrective actions to improve service
  • solicit customer feedback
  • establish daily service goals
  • train crew in cleanliness and restaurant hygiene
