Job Requirements

  • minimum five years of food service and restaurant supervisory experience
  • valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation
  • proof of auto insurance
  • intermediate computer skills including pos and microsoft office
  • food preparation skills related to restaurant business
  • current knowledge of food safety and health codes
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • experience in customer relations

Job Duties

  • deliver high-quality results through recruitment selection onboarding education and coaching
  • manage store operations by applying policies service standards and improving operational procedures
  • lead team management including scheduling monitoring communication and enforcement of policies
  • build team rapport support coaching delegation and development
  • support management-level staff for growth and skill enhancement
  • maintain guest relationships to ensure satisfaction and improve food beverage and service quality
  • manage cash handling procedures balance drawers and handle deposits
  • implement tools to optimize production quality guest service and productivity
  • align store operations with forecasts budgets and financial controls
  • drive marketing community relations and sales increase strategies
  • adhere to service standards to increase sales and minimize costs
  • manage p and l responsibilities including sales forecasting and profit adjustments
  • control store profit loss through cash control inventory and labor management
  • estimate food beverage costs and coordinate supplies with commissary
  • oversee portion control food quantity and waste reduction
  • manage store inventory orders and supply deliveries
  • complete store financial and payroll duties on time
  • ensure compliance with operational standards policies and regulations
  • maintain security procedures to protect team guests and assets
  • certify sanitary standards and perform audits and inspections
  • ensure team guest safety and report injuries
  • communicate with area director and take corrective actions
  • provide coaching and motivation to team members
  • collaborate with HR on attendance work ethics counseling and disciplinary actions
  • comply with wage and hour laws and company policies
  • work varied hours weekends holidays and closing shifts
